I'm not sure if they get worse but I find it harder to do my day to day things. I stay inside as much as possible. Do what I have to do outside, in the mornings and try to make appointments for in the mornings.

Definitely worse. I also just try to avoid going outside at the hot times. Do things early morning or later in the eve. Always wear a hat!! A hat alone actually seems to really help. Walk on shady paths and bring water everywhere!
