With warm weather here and not feeling well again, how do you coupe with the heat and your symptoms?
It's going to be 30 degrees with the humidity and it makes me melt litterly! How do you manage your MS during the summer heat?
Cooling vest, leg wraps with ice packs. I only go out when the temperature is in low 80's or 70. Anywhere near 90 and I am inside with air until weather changes

Where do you purchase a cooling vest?

Factor 50 sun lotion, big hat to cover head and stay out of midday sun. Neuropathy makes me cold in heat so I have to be very careful. Plenty of fluids too x
