Though my doc's reason for the MRI is ataxia, I am hoping to rule out MS. Without contrast, I just learned, is just as effective in seeking out lesions. Are you still waiting to be scheduled for the MRI? Waiting is torture. I am nervous, so I must try and get a decent night's sleep. Tomorrow is a big day.

Yes. I have some lesions picked without contrast recently but it definitely helps to show all your lesions.
