Let me emphasis that the exercises are quite simple, the stationary bike, stretching exercises, so if that’s all I’m doing at physical therapy, I can do exercises at home that are simple. I get tired from too much walking. I love long walks, biking, etc. but I can’t do much lately without feeling fatigued. I was a mess initially, my right arm did not work & I was in pain, my shoulder area felt swollen, & I experience muscle tightness in my legs-not all day.

I started doing pool exercises & I purchased exercise bands. I have a treadmill so I should start using that, but maybe starting at a 2 to get started.
