I recently bought a cooling headband from oro sports. It’s okay. They have a bunch of cooling products.

Central Air is wonderfile but if you need to go out in the heat, ice vests have been talked about extensively on here, by Chris F and I use snap cooling towels. Whatever works and keeps you cool comfortable and not fatigued is what you need/ You will need to experiment somewhat and find what works best for you.
