The pain disappears once I get up. I have a very good bed with plenty of support. Is this a ms symptom? I have it as long as I can remember. It seems to be getting worse. As soon as I wake I have to get up. It’s not debilitating. I just can’t lounge in bed. Does anyone else have this?
Hi @A MyMSTeam Member! So last winter my husband bought me a mattress warmer. Think of it as a whole body heating pad. I use it at night, but you could turn it on in the morning before you get up. That way you could wake up with a relaxed back.🤗❤️

I had trouble when my hips were getting weak. It was my lower back too. Since I had pt, it’s been gone.
