How does one trip on their own Walker????

Yesterday, I was using my walker inside my apartment and somehow tripped and fell on my behind and back! Crazy….right? Now I’m feeling like I got into a fight and lost the battle. 🥴

I bought an ankle brace on Amazon for foot drop. 20 bucks. It has a velcro strap that attaches to my shoe lace to pull my foot up. Works for me to not drag my foot.
