As long as I consistently drink water throughout the day, it's usually clear. But if I slip up and don't drink for 2 hours, it gets cloudy again. It's just bugging me. I having been taking 2 ellura every day for several years and it seems to keep UTI'S at bay. I'm 63 and I know our bodies are constantly changing as we age. But it's nerve wracking.

My nephorologist wants me to drink 60 to 80 Oz of water a day. When I do urine is clear. If not it's cloudy.

I'm up to between 48 oz -56 oz. I cath 4 times a day. I know that still isn't enough but
even with cathing, I spend most my day going back and forth to the bathroom.

I have a urologist going on 20 years now I also self cath 4 times a day. Also, if your bladder doesn't empty, it can lead to kidney stones. I had to have kidney surgery to remove a whole bunch of stones. I now have 1 in the other kidney. I just get frustrated because it seems like every day there's something else to worry about and deal with .

Personally I would recommend seeing a Urologist. I get bladder infections constantly because of neurogenic bladder. I think a Urologist is your best bet to try to resolve your issues and get you off taking antibiotics constantly if possible. They have all kinds of options to help you. They found my infections were caused by my bladder not emptying properly and retained urine in the bladder leads to infections. Your urinary issues could be the same as mine but you need to find out the exact cause. I chose to self cath when needed instead of a neurostimulator. I worry about those as far as compatibility with MRIs.
