Anyone else wake up and legs and body are stiff and achy. I walk bent over but after a few minutes or hrs I'm walking better.
Oh yes welcome weather change to cool . Couldn't get out of bed . Then my toes went numb ,turned the corner and hit the wall .fell down the step in to the cat box . Yes waking up stiff and sore is an understatement
Gwenada36, I often wake up stiff ,achy and bent over. I immediately correct my posture for fear of getting bent over. I’m older and it takes a couple hours to shake it off, but exercise help tremendously. I go to senior center swim and chair exercise, even in fall and winter. Helps me a lot.
@Clmpygail5 thankyou. I also correct my posture as soon as I notice it. My daughter mentioned it during the evening time, I feel like it's getting worse. I am going to try to exercise again and push past the pain.
