Almost all the DMTs do since inflammation is the main mechanism that MS causes damage. Even the drugs approved for SPMS are targeting the immune system because science hasn't figured out yet what else is causing damage or how to target it. I take Mayzent as for myself it is T-cell driven, which I have determined over my 4 decades observing which medications are effective. Not too keen on the B-cell depleting meds but if it works for you, then it is a good thing.

Teri, I have SPMS. I've been taking Rituximab infusions every year since 2018. I've had no new lesions since. I know others who take Kesimpta and some on Rituximab. They both are working. Good luck to you.

That is true. The only thing that I do not care for is it weakens the immune system as most of these do.
