It sounds like you're experiencing significant pain in the front of your legs where they meet your pelvis. This type of pain can be associated with multiple sclerosis (MS) and may be due to nerve damage or altered gait and posture caused by MS. Here are some points to consider:

- Nerve Pain: MS can cause nerve pain that may be felt in the groin and pelvic area.
- Altered Gait: MS-related muscle weakness and coordination issues can lead to poor posture and an altered gait, contributing to pain in the legs and pelvis.
- Pelvic Floor Disorders: These are more common in people with MS and can cause pain in the pelvic region.

It's important to discuss these symptoms with your healthcare team to find the best management strategy for your pain.
