Check out this website on vibration plates:

I bought a vibration plate after my favorite uncle told me that he uses one for his pinched nerve in his back; which, I also have. I have also consulted with medical professionals about using a vibration plate. I have been using my vibration plate for almost two months to help manage the pain from my pinched nerve in my back along with seeing a chiropractor. It may help you with your pain from MS. Ask around as who has a vibration plate try it out a few times before buying one. I tried out my favorite uncle's vibration plate before I ended up buying my own.

My husband got a rebounder and even though I have hip and back issues along with all the other pain MS throws my way just 3/5 min on it helps! I was skeptical and scared to use it bc I have suck back pain but I tried it and it works! There are several out there but we invested in a pricey one (450$) but some go up to $1000! But it helps…something about your cells in your body when you are up and gravity pulls you back down. Look into all the research on YT and see if it makes sense to you. Good luck!
