It's very good for you. I've started feeling so much better since I've been drinking the tea twice a day.
I'm drinking lady gray( instead of earl gray) with my dandelion tea right now. The spices in lady gray tastes good with the dandelion tea. With 2 tsp sugar!!
And be sure of your source. Scan that vacant lot if you forage what ever chemicals are in the area will be in the plant. I don't have the ability to scour, and hunt; so I look to a reputable supplier(Organic!). Watch out if you glean golf courses as they will enhance their 'greens' with al manor of chems, etc.
I feel more alert. I can do more things. For example: MS fatigue seems to not be as bad. I know that anything natural or herbal is more subtle and takes a bit longer to help. I actually started studying herbs 20 years ago, because of my Hepatitis. I don't have the Hepatitis any longer. The Kesimpta is hard on my liver, and I had to have my liver checked out to get on the Kesimpta . So I'm trying to help my liver too. The DMTs to treat MS is hard on you! And your liver.
Thank you Brenda. This is amazing. I will definitely look for the tea and try it. I need to stay up longer at night. My fatigue gets pretty bad around 7 pm. Sometimes sooner. Thank you for the info. Happy Holidays Brenda.
It's got vitamin A and C., it helps the immune system, reduces inflammation and lowers blood pressure. I got it off of Amazon.
