Adrian - We all know the ultimate answer, but fighting hard as you are is the best thing we can do - all movement is exercise, and helps to slow progression down. Acceptance does not mean giving in

Dear Dianne
Hi and I do wonder why you haven't taken any MS meds? I find that they are something like a crutch, they don't heal me but make things a bit easier. Sadly after 4 weeks I'll still need the MS crutches

Adrian Sohn I live in Mississauga Ontario & have been living with Secondary Progressive MS for 3 years.
I have never taken a MS drug. I have been doing what you are doing. Continue to be strong in mind, faith & behaviour.
