Every day is different... I managed pretty well for many years, worked then travelled as long as was able - even 9 years ago with my walker on the Galapagos lava fields! At 78, now my 35th MS year - the past few years have been quiet! I sleep for a day after spending the afternoon with my daughter...

I don't believe I had any issue with fatigue.. worked for 41 years.. ran a home, farm, husbands appointments for his business.. nah.. I just kept on moving!

I guess mine is MS related. I go ,to sleep tired and wake up tired. I feel like I weigh a thousand pounds.
