No I haven’t. But I will definitely check with my neurologist.

My neurologist gave me propranolol to help the tremors. It is a blood pressure medicine that also helps with the trimmers. Have you tried that? Good luck I'll be praying for you

My MS doc put me on Baclofen. I had a pathological reaction and now he's extremely worried about putting me on anything stronger than Backofen, so he's keeping me holistic at the moment. That amounts to:
1. Stretching full body at least 3xs per day. MyMSGym.com is AMAZING for stretches and exercises.
2. Water, Water, Water. He said Ladies should drink at least 100oz of water per day. Gents, 120oz.
3. Keep warm. Keeping the affected parts warm really does help. The colder you, the worse your spasticity will get.
4. Take 400-500mg of Magnesium glycinate 2Xs per day. This will help with bowels, spasticity/spasms, sleeping and immune system.
5. BUDGET for 8 hrs of good quality sleep every night.
Here is a great video from my MS doc from his YT playlist. His most recent on spasticity:

@A MyMSTeam Member thank you. I will have to ask my Dr about this med. For now she has me on lyrica. Which helped at first but seems to not be all the time now. Being allergic to steroids limits what I can take...
