The depression was one of my first symptoms. I think I was hit by every symptom you can have. I woke up one morning for work and couldn't stand up straight. then a few days later I couldn't see. I got so depressed that I couldn't stand the sight of food. I started thinking that I'd rather be dead then to live like this the rest of my life and so I started overdosing on aspirin (that didn't work). So finally my family made me go to the hospital when I had gotten where all I could do was cry. and they kept me in the psych ward for two weeks. That wasn't as bad as you would think. They taught meditation, art, and sitting in groups and talking. Since I had worked in a restaurant they had me teach the group how to do a meatloaf dinner. They also had one on one therapy. I went form there to seeing a psychologist and a psychotherapist They adjusted my medicine and I'm doing a lot better now. I still have times of bad depression but not as bad or as long. So I thought that some of the things that I went through and hope it might be some things that would give you an idea of something that would help you. Please let us know how you are doing. I care about any body that goes through this part of MS especially.

I talk to my therapist and psychiatrist which is a normal doctor with a specialization in mental health meds because mine is an imbalance in the brain. Maybe talk here see if that helps. If not to a therapist see if that helps. If not psychiatrist. πŸ€— gotta figure it out in stages maybe
