One MyMSTeam member shared that they could tell when a storm system was approaching because their symptoms would act up, similar to how horses can sense incoming weather changes. When the storm passed and the sun came out, they felt much better. If you notice your symptoms worsen with weather changes, try planning activities around the weather forecast. When a low-pressure system is approaching, it may help to schedule extra rest. You might also consider staying indoors with climate control during extreme weather. The good news is that these weather-related symptom changes are typically temporary and should improve once the storm system passes.
