Sometimes people get improvement. But the key is to prevent new lesions. 🤗 it’s didn’t work for me I was going downhill on my left side on ocrevus so tried it for convenience. I got worse so switched to briumvi. I pray it works for you

I have been on Kesimpta for about one year and have tolerated the medication well. My MRIs have been stable, but my body continues to decline. My neurologist stated it can take up to 18 months to see the full efficacy of the medication. Overall, I will continue on the medication as I do believe it has slowed my physical decline.

Thanks for sharing @A MyMSTeam Member. Yes the goal of any DMT is to prevent new lesions and sometimes a benefit of symptom improvement happens. Many people get successful outcomes over and above the prevention of new lesions. Interesting how we all react differently.
