I have to say snap to NzRick.
I suffer with extreme heat and then cold. It helps confirm that my body temperature regulator is misfiring. I’m here lying in bed in Ireland sweating, unable to sleep, debating whether I should get up or not. It’s 3am. Last night I waited until 4am before I was forced up with night sweats and then the fun began, where I started suffering from the cold! It’s a no win situation!

Yes, and the meds we take also add to the temperature swings and hyper sensitivity, just for funs...

No, I don't. Instead, I get this phenomenon where my legs are heavy and drenched in sweat anytime, unexpectedly but the rest of my body is dry and it has nothing to do with menopause-it's on here, there's an article about it. I just had this happen last week.
