Yes, it could still be an MS hug even if medications haven't fully relieved the symptoms. The MS hug affects everyone differently - what works for one person may not work for another. While Lyrica and antidepressants are common treatments, some people may need different medications or combinations of treatments to find relief.

Some non-medication options to try alongside your current treatment:
- Relaxation techniques and deep breathing
- Gentle stretching
- Massage or pressure on the affected area
- Using a TENS unit
- Applying heat or cold
- Adjusting clothing (either loose or tight, depending on what feels better) It's important to keep your healthcare team informed about ongoing symptoms. They may want to:
- Adjust your medication dosage
- Try different medication combinations
- Consider if this could be part of an MS flare requiring different treatment
- Check for specific triggers that might be making symptoms persist

While your doctors have ruled out heart and GI issues, continuing to track your symptoms and their patterns can help guide treatment adjustments.
