What you do to stay cool has given me ideas! I live in Tucson, AZ a.k.a. hell! But I really appreciate these great ways to stay cool. Thank you!

I can't function in the heat and humidity. In my case the MS flares up big time. I pick and choose where to go. Air Conditioner is my best friend.

Besides wearable fans and handheld fan, I wear a cooling hat and cooling sleeves. Carry lots of water.

Or apply for the grant online then send your doctor/neurologist the form, fill it out and let their office fax it over to MSAA as I did. In my picture, I'm wearing the hat I got from them.
