@A MyMSTeam Member i used to work at a car wash back in 2015 or so and worked there for YEARS. If I had known then what I knew now, I'd know why I went home every day and straight passed out...😩😩 or why in the winter I'd literally lock up, but man was working there a blast (I got the privilege of driving out a Hot pink masseratti (or however that's spelled), as well as soooooooo many older cars from way back when, especially during the ky car showπŸ‘πŸ».) So it definitely was all worth it in the end, but I probably would have taken better care of myself then.

I would let cold water run over my wrIst. And pump my fist to make the blood flow through. Cooling the body from the inside.

Don't let yourself get overheated ! Stay in ac and work outside when it gets cooler.

I stay in AC most of the beastly humid days, arrange appts in the am or cooler days. Thank goodness for 4 season weather in Canada, I couldn't stand hot weather all year round, no offense, but MS has been a pain in the butt when it comes to hot weather, hot showers, hot anything πŸ™„πŸ˜ž
