I did experience the crap gap. Generally, I wasn't better with Kesimpta. I went back to Ocrevus. Oh, what a relief. I had so many other medications just deal with all the side effects with Kesimpta. I am happy-go-lucky with Ocrevus and I got rid of all of the other meds for those feelings because they are gone.

@ RoseJ, I have experienced that but I talk to the neurologist and changed medication. I do understand. I started to have migraines. After the change, my headaches are rare now. Do what's best for you.

The "crap gap" is a period between MS medication infusions when symptoms may temporarily worsen as the medication wears off. Common symptoms during this time include:

- Increased fatigue
- Brain fog
- Balance issues
- Tingling sensations
- General feeling of being unwell

This typically occurs in the days or weeks before the next treatment, though some may experience symptoms right after an infusion before the medication takes full effect. To help manage the crap gap period:

- Track your energy levels throughout the day
- Communicate openly with family and coworkers about your limitations
- Use technology tools to help stay organized when brain fog hits
- Be realistic about your capabilities during this time
- Prioritize tasks based on your available energy
- Practice self-care and rest when needed
