Multiple Urologists at different times told me that I have neurogenic bladder. I tried Every pill. Bladder Botox (which worked for Me only one glorious day - But if it works for you it's heaven!); Pure wick at home might work for you if you sleep on your back. I also tried the Medtronic bladder stim, But I was told by my great baclofen pump surgeon (also Medtronic ) that their bladder stim does Not work for MS patients. Ugh! Found out After I had surgery to put it in and years later of it Not working to have surgery to remove it. My Urologist never shared that info- just got rich over it, with All of his patients. Anyway, try anything you can that might help. There are Many different pills you can try. Or changing drinking habits, etc.
Hope you find something to give you comfort my friend! Hugs!
If I didn't self cath i will get UTI of the bladder because it doesn't fully empty.
