I am having really bad falls.i just feel a bit dizzy and very very quickly go down and it's my head that takes the force. any advice?

I suffer from severe shaking seizure like episodes no control of hands legs. tend to go down to floor level to stop impact of falling. I have read that there are medications that would help with this. does anyone else experience these episodes. grateful for any information on this. thank you. 🤕
