A MyMSTeam member shared a similar experience, noting how their symptoms acted up when storm systems moved in, but improved when the sun came out. Here are some tips to help manage weather-related symptoms:

• Consider taking vitamin D supplements (with doctor approval)
• Use decongestants if you experience pressure-related discomfort
• Stay cool and avoid overheating, even on damp days

Remember to always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication or supplement routine.

You maybe need to slow down a little until you feel better. Pressure is rising now where I am so my day has been a little better. Hope yours has been better too. Sending hugs 🤗
