I'm currently taking Azamun 50gr for MS and ITP but also received 7x blood plate transfers over a period of 3 days.

DMTs are not chemotherapy drugs. Some are interferons which are also used in treatment of cancer. Not the same.

I don't believe chemo is for MS, chemo is for cancer, Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and a few other things. Although leukemia is a blood cancer, I don't believe any of the MS medicines would be able to treat that. Re: supplements, if you can find mushroom powder or order it, esp. reishi, turkey tail, cordecyps and lion's mane, get one or more of those. Also magnesium glycinate aand threonate (the most expensive one yet helpful for the nervous system) can help with nervous system function, memory, cognition and other mental MS symptoms. About diet, you can follow the Paleo diet as I am on or another anti-inflammatory diet.Hope this helps.

Azathioprine tablets are used with chemotherapy. There is mention that if other DMTs can't be used was used with MS but it is not FDA approved.
