So today was my very first day (half dose) of Ocrevus. Infusion went well but I started with a slight headache about halfway through. Now several hours later, the headache has intensified even with lots of water and ibuprofen. I'm also having some mid-chest discomfort. I've seen nothing about the chest discomfort on Google. I've also heard that there are symptoms to expect the first few days after....any help, advice, etc. appreciated!!
