Sugar causes inflammation. Period. That's why I use monksfruit mostly. A little sugar is fine, and natural sugars in fruit. Processed foods also cause inflammation for MS.
I don't avoid any foods unless it's something my husband can't eat or shouldn't eat. My doctor tells me to just eat as healthy as possible.
I would say avoid foods that has given you any problems so far. That's when you will know. Everybody's body is different.
