Darn, I just wrote you a long paragraph on what I’ve done to get rid of it but it just went away. So I’m going to try this again. I have successfully gotten rid of my flareups without using medication. What usually brings it on for me is when I’ve been stressed for a while over something big. The tension in my neck messes with one of my three vertebrae‘s either C1, C2, or C3. So I try to destress and relax if I can’t get to a doctor right away, but what always works for me is working with a special type of chiropractor not just any chiropractor. They have to be an Upper Cervical Spine, Chiropractor, who’s had the extra schooling to learn a lot more about the neck. They believe most things start in the neck, but also can adjust your entire back if necessary. I would ask if they’ve worked with TN before. They are gentle. They don’t do any quick movements to adjust you like other chiropractors. They just usually use a gentle vibration gun and other gentle techniques. After about 2 or 3 visits I’m good! Good Luck to you!
