I’ve only been on this drug via infusions since January 2024. That means I’ve had four infusions. The last one being July I think. Knock on wood the only real side effects I have felt or seen or gotten was at the infusion July 2025. The next day it almost felt like a took a major flu shot. Headache a little bit higher temperature stomach. Those side effects I can live with as long as they go away

Make sure you are hydrated!!!! Absolute must! I have been on Ocrevus for several years the only side effect I have is a slight headache. Yes, the drugs they run IV are like room temperature, but will feel cold because your body temp is higher than room temperature. Sometimes I feel the pump, but it’s not painful. I strongly recommend the benedryl and the steroids, both of these counteract or minimize side effects.

My very first infusion was in 2 doses, 2 weeks apart, 6 hours each. Some things have changed and now my infusion is 4 hours or a little more.

I have been on the infusion since August 2024. I had my third infusion of August of this year. I didn't truly feel a side effect but the last one, i felt no medicine going through by body. First two times, i felt coldness and that it was working through. I had a new nurse and that time infusion through hand and not my arm.
