Do you mean baclofen? I’m on it 20mg 3 times a day and it helps keep the shakes and tremors away at least for me it does. It’s a type of muscle relaxant for spasms and I don’t have any side effects from it but everyone is different. I’m on the baclofen, Lyrica and my pain meds I never did the MS treatment my insurance has denied denied denied. But all those dangerous medication probably would have killed me. The messed up thing is I’m only alive becuase all of my diseases and illnesses fighting one another’s ,it’s a constant battlefiel.

That question is difficult to answer as everyone's MS is unique to them. The different MOA of the DMTs may mean what works for one person might not work at all for you. Sadly they don't have tests yet to determine if B-cells- T-cells or if something else is driving an individuals MS. So they throw whatever at it, if it works, great. I(f it doesn't you switch to find something that does. It's kinda funny, because when I used to lecture, everyone wanted to know what I took because I was doing so well. Had to repeat over and over, what is working for me, might not work for you. You have to be your own lab rat sadly and determine if your med is working or not,
