The used to be a powder you could buy it was called ENSURE
It is full of vitamins plus good fats
To help you but onweight
You could make a milkshake
With if desired..

From James mother this is at my house we take the picture and old picture but James still look the same but he have gained weight since he been home 145 lbs the doctor said that's very good 👍 Amen ❤️ when James live in Madson Wisconsin for 26 years he was 123 lbs with his clothes on that was all his life up there 👏 😊
