Anything help with this?

One of my first symptoms was feeling like my feet and neck were burning on fire not just at night but anytime. I use ice packs to try and cool them down when I'm feeling on fire.

Yes this is a more recent symptom for me. I have had pins and needles in my hands and feet before, but just recently I started feeling the burning on the bottom of my feet. It mostly occurs at night and when it is bad it makes walking tough.

Sometimes if I’m walking a lot with no shoes on hard floor but it’s not just my heals.
