MikeHill2 , Yes its like cement shoes 24/7 . If you have access to a pool that does help. Check your local YMCA to see if they have an MS swimming class. I hope and Pray you feel better soon , and I know and feel your pain .🧡😀

Yes I have. I'm taking a medication called Ampyra. I can't say I noticed it's helping yet, I've only been taking for a month

Yes, not all of the time, but I do get "heavy legs". Usually accompanied with shuffling too. I just try to rest them and it seems to go away. Good luck Mike.
