Hello @A MyMSTeam Member. I wish I'd sent this message to you sooner. I've definitely experienced Lhermitte's sign, fits the official description completely. It's an MS sign, not a psychiatric symptom, in fact not a symptom at all, just a 'sign', sending you a message that you have MS. And if you've been diagnosed with MS already, I see no reason to make a special trip to a neurologist to discuss this additional event. Lhermitte's is a sharp sensation that rushes right down your back, top to bottom, as you bend your neck forward. It's startling, but doesn't persist. Good luck.
