I'm always in pain, have muscle weakness, and fatigue. I never have a period of time that I don't experience pain.
I believe that the more you can learn, the less you stress, the less you stress the better you will feel. Most days I feel pretty good. I do have pain but blame it on arthritis and the weather changes. But in the back of my mind, always ready to poke out, is the questions "when and what is going to happen next" Give yourself some time.
Welcome to winter, it sucks in Colorado for us . Colorado weather period. Fast changing weather temperatures ranges . Summer is fainting goat season and winter is hell . Are you on meds?
Hello @A MyMSTeam Member 👋 give yourself time and try to keep stress levels low - not easy I know, especially after diagnosis. Stress and worry can prolong and/or exacerbate symptoms. My first relapses left me with painful symptoms for months but eventually they eased - they didn’t vanish but I became more comfortable. Hopefully you will keep on the road to recovery. Take care 💜
