My reply isn't actually helping much, I've had Botox for urinary spasms, worked like miracle.
I take Gabapentin for body spasms, quite high dosage now.
Give the Botox a go Alexander, spasms are awful, what's to lose?

I had Botox injections to try to stop my tremors. It didn’t work for me but everyone is different. Best of luck if you decide to get it done
