She is seeing a Neuro because they ordered the mris.

JulieCooper2. None of us are doctors or radiologists and this is likely the summary on your report. Have you met with the Neurologist yet? That is very important. Any diagnosis is based on your exam amd health history with all test results. But what this portion you have shared is not suggesting you have MS. The white matter lesions are stated to be result small vessel changes and appears to be chronic. There is mild atrophy which is common as we age. I would suggest you ask your doctor about the cause. MS causes specific types of lesions and often locations and this does not show it.
I hope your follow up appt with your Neurologist is soon so you can get more information.
