Any diagnosis is based on your exam amd health history with all test results. But what this portion you have shared is not suggesting you have MS. The white matter lesions are stated to be result small vessel changes and appears to be chronic. There is mild atrophy which is common as we age. I would suggest you ask your doctor about the cause. MS causes specific types of lesions and often locations and this does not show it.
