@A MyMSTeam Member I wouldn't classify them as a hot flash. Hot flashes are created by hormones. The overheating I currently get is from anything physical I do, be it stand and cook or take a cold shower. Just the physical movement causes my body to overreact and get extremely hot, I can only sit under a fan until I cool down. I also use ice packs and have the temperature in my home at 69 degrees always. It's a dysfunction from the brain created from a lesion on whatever controls your temperature.
