I have PCOS and PMDD. My symptoms feel so much more intense during my cycle. Idk if it's because of the nerve damage or because of the already intense mood swings. But I definitely feel total body aches and pains during my cycle. So I'm essentially ALWAYS hormonal and when I'm not hormonal I'm irritated because dealing with always being hormonal is annoying. Then the temperature changes the cycle causes + the temperature regulation issues from the MS means I'm never having an easy time. Then factor in how much I bleed due to the PCOS which causes fatigue on its own due to the lack of iron and the MS just INTENSIFIES the fatigue. Not trying to give you a horror story but to keep it in perspective, it's literally like being exhausted for half of the month (1 week of bleeding-sometimes 2) then recovering the other half, just have it start all over again. 😭

The only thing that affected me was after pregnancy because being pregnant helped with ms because I think your immune system is lowered then after have a baby many have exacerbations. Maybe I should have had more children LOL because I felt best during pregnancy

"It is thought that the increase in circulating proteins and other natural immunosuppressants combined with elevated levels of natural corticosteroids in pregnant women may result in women with MS experiencing fewer relapses during pregnancy."

I had a partial hysterectomy a number of years ago. I would get "faux" PMS symptoms. It has settled now and I deal with hot flashes...oh the fun!
