I had someone recently that came here to give me a bath and wash my hair. I'm 75 years old and currently my husband is in Alexandria hospital.
Hello, I'm so very sorry that you've not seen anyone for a long time.
If I was in your situation I'd feel alone too.
I would seriously consider a move to more suitable accommodation.
Yes, that suggestion of the MSTeam of taking a walker down 3 flights of
stairs is just plain unhelpful. You don't have 3 hands.
Perhaps a call to the Fairfax County Dept of Family Services might be a
thought.
Good luck, be persistent, you are disabled & need help, if they can't
assist they should know where to go next.

I had one bath assistance. I'm having so much trouble with everything. How do I get at home assistance? Except for one or two occasions, I haven't seen anybody. Who am I supposed to contact? I'm supposed be searching for a nursing home to go to, but am caught in this mess first and can't do much except cry
what insurance plan is it? @A MyMSTeam Member may have some insight because she knows a lot about insurance if I remember
