I think MyMS Team is reading my mind. Literally I thought to look it up or talk about here, but "butt" was holding me back. I work from home on my own and sit at my computer. OK, I'm going to get in trouble for this, but @A MyMSTeam Member, it seems like everyone is saying your a tight ass and you need to loosen up. 😮🤣😮 I'll see myself out. Goodnight and keep smiling.
@A MyMSTeam Member my Neuro PT told me to grab a tennis ball and sit on it where it hurts and just massage your butt cheek to target the pain which is actually in the hip/back
I have experienced this pain and sitting it the worst thing for it unfortunately. If you are able to get up at least every hour and walk around a bit , it could really help. There are special pillows for tailbone pain/ sciatica that might help you .
Shannon that is your tailbone also called the cochxis. Please don't get a tennis ball or pill bottle stuck up you a hole. Its for exit only not entrance
