Are you seeing quick movements or figures in your peripheral vision when you're tired?

This could be related to eye floaters, which are common in people with MS. Floaters can appear as small dots, rings, lines, or other shapes that seem to move or disappear when you try to look directly at them. They're often more noticeable when you're fatigued.

MS can also cause other vision issues that might explain what you're experiencing:

- Nystagmus (involuntary eye movements) can affect your peripheral vision
- Optic neuritis can cause various visual disturbances
- General fatigue can worsen existing vision problems

While floaters themselves aren't harmful, any new or changing vision symptoms should be discussed with your neurologist or ophthalmologist. They can determine if what you're experiencing is related to MS or needs further evaluation.

Fatigue often makes MS symptoms more noticeable, so it's worth tracking when these visual changes happen and mentioning them at your next appointment.
