I have found water exercise helps my pain and build strength. My drop foot has not gotten worse. All my joints work I am keeping both side as equal as I can to keep gait and reduce falls.

sort of , you can stop it getting weaker by exercise BUT is the weakness nerve damage or muscle damage? Muscles can be fixed,Nerves can heal sort of..maybe . Exercise will not fix nerve damage but time can.And hopefully they come up with some answers on fixing the nerves, I'm hoping..
