I've always heard and I don't know cuz I don't have it. But if you put a bar of soap at the foot of your bed when you sleep at night, your feet don't move around as much and I don't know why but my mom always said it worked for her

I suffer this one , more common in MS patients. Requip/ropinirole helps me massively

Yes ! rls is more common in people with Ms due to nerve damage and spinal cord lesions. I deal with RLS sometimes

I was told by doc: While RLS is not considered a direct symptom of MS, it is commonly found in patients with MS. They do not list it because there are MANY neurological conditions where RLS is prevalent.
I have it pretty bad, especially at night. It is very hard for me to sleep in a straight position on my back and I often sleep fetal on my side because I am able to keep my legs more calm in that position.
