I have had one lesion in my c-spine disappear completely. Waiting for re-scan to see what else has been repairing 🤞

The search results provided don't directly address whether MS lesions can shrink. However, they do mention that disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) are designed to prevent future disease activity and disability progression, but they cannot reverse existing damage or repair myelin that's already been lost.
DMTs work by preventing new lesions from forming and stopping existing lesions from getting worse, but they aren't considered "repair drugs" that can restore function or reverse damage that's already occurred.
While some brain shrinkage is a natural part of aging, MS can speed up this process. DMTs may help guard against brain shrinkage over time by preventing ongoing disease activity.
If you're concerned about your lesions or disease progression, it's important to discuss this with your neurologist, who can review your MRI results and treatment plan with you.

Some people say yes that lesions can shrink, while others say that they do not shrink and just appear smaller when inflammation in the brain go down. 🤷♀️
