My doctors offer virtual meetings. They do mindful Mondays , it is kind of like a meditation and relaxation session, and they also offer virtual luncheons where the MS doctors and NP pick specific topics to discuss throughout the year.

@A MyMSTeam Member try Googling MS support groups near your area. I just did that and found 2 here in South Jersey. One holds one every 3rd Tuesday of the month the other every 4th Monday of the month. I have yet to email the coordinator of the event to find details of starting time and seating I guess head count. I will post after I go to my first support group

@A MyMSTeam Member Depends on your desires to go, availability, access to get there and your personal taste. Not everyone likes group meetings. First move is you are interested so find one closest to you or if you prefer a distance away their is the option upon searching for within miles. I look forward to meeting others in this soon. Just to break the Ground Hogs Day daily routine be a great welcomed activity.
